Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one mail management tool, which will give you absolute control over your electronic mail accounts and newsletters. With this easy-to-work-with graphical user interface, you can set up a new e-mailbox in an instant and administer its settings with ease. Besides, you can redirect mails from one email mailbox to another, create e-mail filters, set up auto-reply messages and defend your electronic mail accounts against unsolicited bulk emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can shield all your email mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk emails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unwelcome electronic mail messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your e-mails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an electronic mail message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a particular e-mailbox.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are ideal for sorting your incoming e-mails based on certain criteria specified by you. Setting up mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will go into effect immediately. You can quickly set up an email filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and edit the filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming e-mails from one electronic mail account to another, or even to several other email mailbox accounts. Simply choose the electronic mail account you would like to forward e-mails from, then choose the destination e-mailbox and indicate if you want to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can quickly set up the email client of your choosing to access your mailbox accounts. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox account you would like to set up on your personal computer or smartphone and click on the e-mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new e-mail box will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager user interface, working with multiple e-mail accounts simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager will also allow you to quickly create an auto-reply message - specify the message you would like people to notice and our system will do everything else. And if you wish to set up a catch-all mailbox - you can accomplish that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
